Bimala started her career as a Project Lead for a Telecom Company in 2016, followed by Assistant Director in 2018 and an IT Manager for a reputed IT company. She has work experience in wide areas ranging from budgeted government projects to in-house private projects. Her role involved time management in multiple projects , resolving project-related issues including budget management, negotiation, and to the extent of guiding team members in proper decision-making.
She is passionate about creating, building, and scaling the technology that can be tailored as per business needs which only further justifies her active participation in accounting, tax, and finance-related software development. Overall, she is a team player having a knack for managing projects and is currently dedicated to handling the Software Development and IT management at UKPA.
